Service Advisor:

The Service Department at Lake Manawa Kia has an immediate opening for an additional Service Advisor who is detail oriented and customer focused.  We are looking for a motivated, self-starter who can multi-task.

The goal of this position is to assist our customers with all of their service needs. That means building
loyalty and trust, and creating an overall positive experience where excellence is a must.

Responsibilities:
· Scheduling appointments
· Generating estimates
· Selling of maintenance and repair services to customers
· Scheduling and Dispatching repair work to technicians
· Conducting post-repair follow-up
· Resolving customer concerns

Requirements:
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Ability to work with little supervision
· Automotive experience is preferred.
· The drive to succeed in a fast-paced high volume environment
