Critical experience:

• Working within a seeds business for planning and/or distribution – 3 years desired • Hands on experience in SAP – 2 years desired • Team building and change management

Critical success factors:

• Expertise in SAP transactions required for seed distribution • Understanding of the seed business and ability to work in a dynamic environment • Provide managerial support to dispatch leads and other business functions to resolve issues as a result of internal system changes or interface changes with 3PLs • Control and documentation of distribution activities such as 3PL payment, error reporting, and shipping measures
